Picnic Dinner at Ruffner Mountain

The market season is fast approaching and we’re kicking it off with a great picnic dinner on Friday, April 27 at 6:30 pm at Ruffner Mountain Nature Center. We’ll have a tasty dinner made from fresh, local produce. Tickets are $12 and kids 5 and younger eat free with an adult. Want to buy tickets and share with family and friends? You can get 10 tickets for $100. All proceeds benefit the East Lake Farmers Market, a great community development project in South East Lake. Community Garden Workshop Saturday!

Please join us this Saturday at 10 am in our garden for a cool workshop on rain barrels. We’ll be installing a rain barrel for our garden and you’ll learn how to implement a simple rain barrel system at home.
