• Help to prepare soil, plant, and harvest

East Lake Farmers Market

May to October 2010, Saturday mornings

• Help to set up (7:00-8:00 a.m.) or take down (12:00 – 12:30 p.m.) market tents
• Help to fill boxes of fresh produce and deliver to individuals at neighborhood retirement homes (8:15-10:15 a.m., 2010 market box dates June 19-September 25)

STEP UP: After-school Enrichment Program

Spring Semester Volunteers needed: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons, February 1 - May 5, 3:15-5:30 p.m.

• Volunteer as a tutor or one-on-one reading buddy
• Plan and organize a cooking class
• Plan and organize an art project
• As a musician, perform for students and educate them about your instrument and passion for music
